BINGO with agency! TRIVIA with called shots!

Trivy is a combination of Trivia and Bingo. Each round, the host will read all of the categories for a question. Narrower categories (music vs entertainment) are worth bonus points.

Players choose a category and add it to their TRIVY board. The host reads the question, and players write down their answers, just like in normal trivia.

Then, the answers are revealed: players who got it right can scrawl a big ol' X on their board, in any relevant category space. It doesn't have to be the one they just got.

First one to 5 in a row wins. Probably.

GIMME MY BONUS

Some questions and some categories have BONUS POINTS. These can be used to WIPE OUT ALL EVIDENCE of a previous failure, restoring a square that briefly held an unclaimed category to its natural, pristine state. 

OR, you can bogart these, holding them in your sweaty paws, secreting away a DEFENSIVE COORDINATE. When one of your rivals calls TRIVY in their shrill little voice, you rise up, cackling, revealing your ploy. Any coordinate pairs called out in this way are DELETED FOR EVERYONE, potentially thwarting those Trivys.

In Trivy Classic, questions are read in order, and players have to dedicate a space to a specific category before hearing the question. Bonus points can be used to clean up their mistakes or block their opponents. This is a competitive game mode for those who favor player interaction.

In Trivy Wrapped, there are no bonus points, and questions are drawn randomly from a deck of cards. Each player builds their board in advance, assigning each of the 6 categories to a column or row. This is a calmer game mode with minimal player interaction, and is similar to a classic bingo night.
