Cyberrats: Rise of the Briny Bastards v0.09 Released!

Thanks to wonderful feedback from playtesters, we have a brand new version for you here today!

Note: With 0.09, there is no more planned new content to this expansion. New things will be added only if they are very, very good.

Below are the changes from 0.08, roughly sorted by size.

• New Attribute actions on missions (Boog)
  • Some players were seeking more opportunities to do creative things on their turns, and we also wanted to make "precise" a cheaper way to avoid upgrading Attributes.
• New  Downtime Actions (Boog)
  • We wanted to lean more into the fact that you are people, not just mindless corporate drones. So you've got some downtime actions that can give benefits (or complications!) on your next mission

• New Mission Types: Minion Mash, Heist
  • Minion Mash: Race to kill / defend Adversary / Assistant
  • Heist: Special kind of stealth mission where you face off against Boss Enemies and can Flashback to reduce awareness
    • By (extremely) popular demand. 
    • Needs lots of playtesting!
• New Weapon Upgrade: Silenced. Generates exactly 1 Awareness.
• New Terrain effects and props!
  • Electric Field: 1 less action (even on baddies!)
  • Cliff: Chuck 'em off!
  • Biotech Well: Double your next power
  • Oil Barrels: They explode + shred when damaged OR when someone collides with one. Fun!
  • Stasis Sphere: Can't lose any HP while in this bad boy.
• New Relationship: It's weird now. (Boog)
  • Cheaper to move away from your target, HP/BT cost to move closer.
  • Interested to try this one out
• New Room: Study Hall. Operatives can take one additional power.
• New Adversary: +1 Threat Level
• New Manager Advice throughout
• Layout: Re-ordered tags and upgrades, re-alphabetized some things that were re-named in 0.8
• Clarity: Clarified Inked condition
• Flavor: New flavor added
